Delete your account and data
There are two routes, and both delete the same thing. The first needs only you, and takes effect in that moment.
Route 1 · immediate
Signed in
Sign in
Account (/admin/account)
Tap “Delete account”
Type your email address to confirm
“Delete permanently”
Deletion happens in that moment: no waiting period, no confirmation email, no step anybody has to approve by hand. That applies to games that are currently running too, and to games with a redeemed event pass.
Route 2 · by email
If you can no longer sign in
Write from the address that belongs to your account to legal@metzner.uk with the subject “Delete account”.
We delete it by hand once we can match it to your account. There is no automatic process for this (yet), and no fixed deadline.
Just took a guess, no account?
Then there is nothing here to delete: playing needs no account. Your name and guess are deleted automatically 30 days after the game you guessed on ends. If you want it sooner, contact whoever organized that game — only they can end or delete it.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your login, including your email address and password.
- Your organization and every game in it — whatever its status, including games that are running or already paid for.
- Every guess (name and number) submitted in those games.
Stays
- The payment record for an event pass you already redeemed — but with no link left to your account or game. It stays because a payment is a fact about money that outlives the thing it bought; we can no longer trace it back to you afterwards.
Backups
Deleted data may remain briefly in automatic database backups held by our host (Supabase, EU region). Those backups expire on their own schedule and are never used to restore a deleted account.
